Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Silvershops.

1. All products sold by Silvershops are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. We sell silver utensils, silver jewellery, pooja items, gold coins, and gold jewellery online.
3. Once a product is sold and delivered, it will not be taken back under any circumstances. All sales are final.
4. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for sold goods, except where required by applicable law.
5. Customers are requested to check the product details, weight, purity, images, and description carefully before placing an order.
6. Any advance payment, booking amount, or token amount shall be adjusted only as per the applicable purchase terms and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Gold coin and jewellery prices may vary according to market rates at the time of order confirmation or dispatch.
8. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
9. The company reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspicion of misuse.
10. Any dispute arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the business location.
